I can't even believe how clean my carpets are when I'm done using this machine. It gives me piece of mind that my carpets are actually clean!

We have had stains on our carpet for at least a year we couldn't get out, and within 10 minutes, they were gone. Plus the amount of other dirt and dust that came out is kind of shocking. Look at my photos for a before and after. Plus, it was super easy to put together, not very heavy and has a super easy attachment so I can tackle the couch and other spaces. I think this is great for not only my permanent carpet, but also rugs and upholstery. I wish I tried this sooner! It was also very easy to clean out when done (just a few levers to release, then dump out the water and clean out the bristles). This will definitely become part of my regular cleaning routine and I highly recommend it to others, especially with pets or small kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried out the PowerDash Pet Advanced Carpet Cleaner, which I received for free in exchange for writing a review. The most eye catching mess on the section of carpet I washed was from one of my plants falling over & spilling quite a bit of potting soil. I'd tried to vacuum it up, but that ground it into the carpet. This carpet cleaner did an excellent job washing the potting soil out of the carpet!! Benefits of this carpet cleaner machine: ---Easy to clean the dirty water tank. I've previously used a different brand's pet-specific version of carpet cleaning machine & it accumulated dog hair in the dirty water tank & the design of the tank made it impossible to wash all of the hair out. That is not a problem with this machine because the tank is easy to rinse out & it didn't accumulate hair. I rinsed the tank several times but there was a little debris I couldn't get out, I've attached a photo. ---The rest of the machine was also easy to clean using the Quick Start instructions attached to the handle. Minor downsides of this carpet cleaner: ---The clean water tank is too tall to fit under any of my sink faucets. I can fill most of it by holding the bottle at a slant in the kitchen sink basin, but in order to reach the fill line, I had to resort to filling up another container & pouring it into the clean water tank. ---The dirty water tank has a smaller capacity than the clean water tank, so you'll have to empty the dirty tank when the clean tank is still about 20% full. You'll know it's time to empty the dirty tank when the machine suddenly starts making a very different noise & no longer vacuums soap up. ---Limited cleaning capacity. Due to the cleaner's compact size, the tanks are not very large. Per the Quick Start guide, you dispense soapy water pushing forwards & then pulling backwards, and then repeat the forwards / backwards sequence without dispensing in order to vacuum up the soapy water. I was able to dispense soap forwards & backwards on a 5' long (I measured) section of carpet twice, and then I did a smaller section and then the dirty tank was full. Having to empty the dirty tank every time the cleaner has gone 25' may be inconvenient to users with large areas of carpet. I appreciate the cleaner's small size because I live in a small apartment, so having to empty the tanks frequently is not a big deal to me & I liked how easy the machine was to operate and clean, so I will use this machine again in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hoover PowerDash Pet Advanced carpet & upholstery cleaner is now one of my best carpet cleaner friends. This cleaner is now my number 1 cleaner. The carpet cleaner is so easy to assemble my 8 year old was able to put it together. Easy instructions and comes with everything you need to get started. My pets love to knock things over and sometimes the have accidents too or just being rude by peeing in certain places with. With this cleaner it helps with all those situations and you can see it work fast and left with a clean carpet and no odor smell from the stained area. Nice and refreshed carpet. You also are provided with a hose to get in tricky spots or even if wide open areas but wanna get on top of maybe your couch depending on the fabric its so easy. The hose connects in front with a simple click and its ready to be used. The hoover carpet vacuum can also expand more down like a regular vacuum to get to those more areas that are not fully open standing upright. This vacuum is easy to navigate and push while it deep cleans your stains. Has a Large tank 5/8 gallon tank, light weight easy to carry up and down stairs if needed. Nice powerful suction, floor versatility and very convenient. What's not to like. Overall its now one of my to go carpet vacuum cleaner.
