[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very excited about buying this cleaner. The floor section part works great but the handheld upholstery wand trigger keeps getting stuck in the on position spraying all over the place. Been trying to get a hold of Hoover.

The tank is smaller than the XL ones so needed to go back and forth to refill but I didn't mind it works so well. Got out old stains and dries quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this purchase. I owned the previous model which was the only carpet cleaner that ever worked for me. This new model works even better, but with the added new suction can't beat it for the price! I love how it picks a big punch, but is still compact and light. With the bigger water tank vs. the previous model and the ability to open where the bristles are from the top it seems Hoover listened to the customers and made the improvements to this new model. Buy this! You won't be disappointed!

Reasonably priced and so far has cleaned many accidents by my fur baby! Highly recommend. Have not used the tools yet. But the added mat to place an idle machine was a HUGE bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved how lightweight and easy this carpet cleaner was to maneuver compared to others I've used. Noise level was was ok, wish it was a little quieter but not unbearable for a small room. We have two large dogs and It was able to get out some tough stains from the dogs as well as lift pet odors. Unfortunately the piece to clean upholstery was missing so I can't comment to how well that works. If it wasn't missing parts I probably would've given it 5 stars!
