[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing really blew me away. Hoover has always been a great company but this one exceeded my expectations. First thing I noticed was assembly was a breeze. Took me less than 5 minutes. The design is compact and not too heavy. I like that it is upright especially when cleaning up small messes. Much easier than being on your hands and knees! Now for the good part! In my house we have a 12 year old dog that occasionally will "spite pee" when she doesn't get her way, an indoor/outdoor cat that brings a trail of dust & left over animals he's caught and an 8 year old boy, who is, well a boy! I decided to start with an area rug and ended up doing every rug in sight. I had a mix of emotions while using it. Satisfaction, amazement and pure disgust! I used my regular upright vacuum to prepare beforehand and the amount of nastiness that came up using the Hoover was shocking. I consider myself to be a clean person so it was tough to see how much I was missing. I found it easy to use and even oddly satisfying. You can see it working and it makes it easier to clean being clear. I did have to stop and clean the hair and extra stuff out of it but I think that is more my other vacuum not doing it's job. It was powerful and effective. The heat aspect actually worked and came in handy doing my entire rug. Taking it slow in sections worked best for me. (Careful not to soak the rug, keep moving) This is a perfect product not just for pet messes but for ALL messes. The difference in the rugs before and after is beautiful. It does everything it's supposed to and then some. I can't wait to try it in my 2006 Nissan so I can really be sick!

If you were looking for a shampooer to get out any stains, regardless of whether or not you have a pet, you definitely want this cleaner. It took out stains in my carpet that I have never had come out. This is definitely a must-have for anybody with a carpet, regardless of whether or not you havea pet.

I tried it on multiple different throw rugs I own and it worked great for those as well. I own a big fluffy dog and cat who both love to shed and this thing did the trick for my very messy house. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly don't know where to start with this cleaner. It is light weight compared to the Hoover - Power Scrub Deluxe that I use to have. The power dash is easy to move around and is compact in size (Least to me it is). I absolutely love the fact that the front of the cleaner comes apart easily to clean the brush and smaller areas. The bucket is easy to clean as well. It did lift dirt stains and a stain left behind by my pup fairly quickly were other cleaners have failed. The only real complaint I have with it is the water tank is on the small side so it will have to be refilled if your doing larger areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my PowerDash Pet Advanced Hoover Carpet & Upholstery cleaner and I couldn't wait to open it. The assembly is super easy to follow and can be done in minutes, it is a little heavier than I imagined but it is to be expected after all it has a container of water. Now aesthetically its nice and compact and the chrome detail is very stylish plus the visibility of the dirty water getting sucked up is very satisfying. Now let's get to the cleaning if you EVER think your carpet is not that dirty wait a minute once you get started with this cleaner, you are going to be left disgusted and satisfied all at once. Let me explain... this cleaner will suck up so much dirt that you won't believe your eyes, and it does it in a fast and efficient manner. Plus who doesn't like to witness with their own eyes all the muck going away. The only thing I wish was a little bigger was the little catch K-cup looking thing that catches some of the debries. If you have long haired dogs/pets that little thing wil fill up very quickly. Nonetheless this is an awesome buy and you will not regret your choice at all.
