Terrific Cleaner & Removal of Pet & Chocolate Stain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a lovely purchase.. The dog often makes a mess at times with his wet food and mashes into the carpet. Causes stains! One dog is older and can make an accident from time to time. Cleaned the stain and worked AWESOME! As for the chocolate my husband eats and often misses his mouth. Meaning the chocolates get mashed into the couch. This cleaner with the hose cleaned it right up!! Love love love this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an apartment and we have wall to wall carpeting, so it's very difficult to clean thoroughly. We also have a long-haired cat that sheds everywhere. This floor cleaner pretty much solved all my problems!! It helps remove cat hair stuck deep within the carpet fibers, and even has a smaller attachment for upholstery, which we also use a lot. I like that it's not super bulky and can be stored in a normal closet where we keep our vaccum and brooms. It also efficiently removes excess water from the carpet so it doesn't take long to dry. I'm so happy we got to try it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having 2 fur babies and a toddler means I am ALWAYS cleaning up someone's mess. Sometimes it's throw up, poop or just food. Even fur can build up and make carpet look to dull. This vacuum first sprays the solution over the carpet, it has great Suction and can easily clean up the mess without clogging up with fur. The handheld attachment leaves a bit to be desired. It is a little difficult to attach and doesn't have any storage on the actual vacuum. Which means you have to store it separately. That being said, the attachment is great for stairs, small spaces and sofas. As you can see from the before and after it picked up all the dirt and mess from my stairs easily and was very easy to use/clean. The solution will last a while, the tank is easy to fill and uses mostly water. Once you spray and clean, it can take a while to dry the carpet up however it's absolutely worth it. The results are great.

My second one because my mom borrowed my first one and liked it so much she offered to buy me a new one if I let her keep it. I like how light weight it is and I can get it out just to clean up spots. This is a great machine for a household with pets and kids. I spilled a red berry smoothie across my beige carpet, ran and got out the machine and my carpet was saved. My dog had a fright from a thunder stone and piddled on the carpet and I whipped out the carpet cleaner and it left no trace. This machine packs a lot of power for something small and light weight. I was pleasantly surprised when it got out stains that have been in my carpet for years that I had battled with our older bigger more expensive carpet cleaner. I highly recommend this machine.

Easy and Quick Carpet Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean two couches that I had gotten used from another family. They had two dogs, and I also have two cats. The couch looked and smelled reasonably clean already, so I was interested in seeing if this carpet cleaner would pick up any dirt. It was very easy to assemble and figure out, even though I am not great at reading directions. It was also very easy to take apart to clean after I used it. I noticed that the water was very dirty and brown after I cleaned these two couches, which means this machine was able to suck up dirt that was deep down and not noticeable. My only negative comment was that the water tank was depleted quickly. I'm not sure if I was just using too much water. Then again, a larger tank would mean a larger and bulkier machine. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep their carpets and upholstery clean but doesn't want to spend a lot of time or rent a large machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing really blew me away. Hoover has always been a great company but this one exceeded my expectations. First thing I noticed was assembly was a breeze. Took me less than 5 minutes. The design is compact and not too heavy. I like that it is upright especially when cleaning up small messes. Much easier than being on your hands and knees! Now for the good part! In my house we have a 12 year old dog that occasionally will "spite pee" when she doesn't get her way, an indoor/outdoor cat that brings a trail of dust & left over animals he's caught and an 8 year old boy, who is, well a boy! I decided to start with an area rug and ended up doing every rug in sight. I had a mix of emotions while using it. Satisfaction, amazement and pure disgust! I used my regular upright vacuum to prepare beforehand and the amount of nastiness that came up using the Hoover was shocking. I consider myself to be a clean person so it was tough to see how much I was missing. I found it easy to use and even oddly satisfying. You can see it working and it makes it easier to clean being clear. I did have to stop and clean the hair and extra stuff out of it but I think that is more my other vacuum not doing it's job. It was powerful and effective. The heat aspect actually worked and came in handy doing my entire rug. Taking it slow in sections worked best for me. (Careful not to soak the rug, keep moving) This is a perfect product not just for pet messes but for ALL messes. The difference in the rugs before and after is beautiful. It does everything it's supposed to and then some. I can't wait to try it in my 2006 Nissan so I can really be sick!
