Great machine

I have two labradors, one puppy, and one full grown. Our carpet was affected by their dirt and occasional accidents. Over the last several years, are utilized professional steam, cleaners, and Chemical cleaners. initially, these services seem to do a good job, but within one month, the stains would start to show again. I purchased the power Dash carpet cleaner and it is an amazing appliance. The carpet is cleaner than it is ever been and much cleaner than what is the case after the professional cleaners left. I am excited about this machine I would recommend it to anyone. The only issue that I have, is that the hose cleaner does not work very well. I can overlook that considering how well the main machine works.

I read and followed ALL of the instructions, because I always do. First thing: The small container is very slippery/difficult to pick up from sink if it's even slightly wet. Second, the first time I tried using it the brush(es) don't turn. There is a hint of burning rubber smell. I called customer service number on the instruction pamphlet and had to leave my callback number - it's been more than an hour.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
