I have a cat, husband with muddy shoes, and a grandson who is inside and outside all day, all of the above track everything onto the carpets. I use the cleaner at last twice a month and it has never failed me.

Literally the worst product ever

Where do I begin? Doesn't suck water back up. Continuously pours water upon power on.why? Why no button to control the water? This forces you to wait for the supply tank to empty entirely then try and suck water. Water supply tank is extremely small. Water collection tank is impossible to remove without selling dirt water. There is nothing to like about this product. My carpent actually looks dirtier after using this thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this model to replace a Hoover rug cleaner that I purchased over 15 years ago. My old machine was very heavy and loud. This new one is super light, quiet and cleans very well. The water tank is super easy and you don't have to struggle to make sure it's in place like my old machine. The price was right and it's perfect for what I need. Whether I'm doing spot cleaning or cleaning and entire rug, it's a pleasure. Highly recommend buying this model for its size and ease of use.
