[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaned carpet, does a great job. The most challenging part has to be the brush roll if you or your family has long hair. Also when emptying the discard tank my dog hair gets stuck at a angle so when I rinse in the sink, I have to be careful so I don't splash water in myself. I would recommend taking a water hose to the attachment hose to flush out any gunk. Also, well built machine with less moving parts.

Easy to fill, very easy to clean and empty supply and waste tanks. The extension hose and attachment are a plus. We will use this unit to spot clean pet errors and similar. Too small to use for whole room cleaning. Overall, a good machine.

Stopped working after minimal use

This carpet cleaner was used sparingly and stopped working for no reason. It will not turn on at all. Followed all the trouble shooting steps with no resolution. No warranty so now I have to spend the money to buy a new one. Won't be a hoover though...

I love this carpet cleaner and doesn't amazing job. The only issue I have is the upholstery tool. I have this cleaner for a month and this this tool has never worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Hoover Powerdash Pet Advanced carpet cleaner free from @Bzzagent and @Hoover in exchange for my honest review. This carpet cleaner was exactly what I have been needing. With a very messy 3 yr old son and a cat, my carpets have gathered some serious stains. Milk, juice, dirt, candy, you name it. This cleaner came with everything you need to clean spots on your rugs and an attachment for doing stairs and furniture. It's easy to put together and to fill by following their easy illustrated instructions. It came with a small bottle of cleaner so I was able to try it asap. And it works great! I have tan carpets that are now totally without stains. It even removed red juice from our sofa cushion! If you are looking for a small, easy to use carpet cleaner this one you should try. I definitely recommend and will be buying more cleaner fluid so I can do my other rooms too!

The tank needed emptied a couple of times through cleaning but it was amazing to see all the dirt it picked up. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone.

One Was kind of a thick rug, and the machine did very well considering the nap was really high. The steam mop my son used on his horse stall mats that he works out on in his garage and was very pleased with the results
