Does not work at all. I received fewer channels (none, actually except the local OSU PBS stations) than I did with the Clearview 2 antenna. A big disappointment, especially at the price. Would not recommend this antenna.

Hi Miles, we are sorry to hear you're not receiving all the available channels for your area. Please give us a call. This antenna allows reception of stations that are in different directions. In my case, it didn't work better than a fixed 8-bay UHF antenna aimed at a distant station where local signals are strong enough. Assembly takes some time and care. It's unwieldy to install if you have not tightened down the bays to prevent them from moving during installation. It is easier to install with both bays fixed facing forward. Aim the bays after the antenna is mounted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I had known I had channel 8 on vhf as 8 and channel 13 as channel 35. Getting ok service but lost a few percent on vhf but gained 15 percent on most uhf channels. Assembly was easy and quick

Highly Adjustable Reception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DB8e Digital TV Antenna I live in a forested area where most of the transmitters are 25 miles away. 2 are on top of a mountain, but most are in the opposite direction and about 200ft. lower in elevation than my location. In addition, the previous owner installed the mast directly behind a 35 inch DBH (Diameter at Breast Height) Oak tree.
Using Antennaweb.org, I faced both elements towards the obstructed and lower elevation broadcast towers. The combiner has allowed me to utilize the dual bowtie and reflector panels to receive un-pixelated reception of both the obstructed towers, and the mountain towers which are 180 degrees from the majority of the broadcast towers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing do your research on what channels do you want to get. If you can put a antenna outside I would recommend this one DB8e. Just remember F,T,A tv is what it is. By accident I found a TV station 108.51 miles but I also had to compensate for other TV channels by losing them. Overall do you really need cable then this is the way to go. All day long I say. I put mine on a pole. If I want to turn it i use a monkey wrench at the base.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed on my roof with the large post from the site, used compass settings from the site, used the premium cable from the site, and the 4 splitter amp from the site. Installation was a breeze, received 35 HD channels with excellent reception. Installed it in my existing cable TV network in my utility room...simply plugged each room's cable in the new splitter from the cable's splitter and used termination caps on the empty cable spots. (I still subscribe to the cable internet.) The only modification I had to make was to the black box on the antenna itself. The premium cable diameter is too large to fit in the pre-molded base and lid so I had to use a 1/2 inch dia. drill to "mill" out the hole to fit the large cable so I could close the lid.

The published information fails to say this is UHF only. You will need to add a second product to receive VHF stations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] easy to assemble. my father-in-law lives 5 blocks away and gets better reception on an antenna that cost half this one.
