I live in Gulfport Mississippi and I installed this antenna outside pointed towards NewOrleans which is 60 to 70 miles away from my home and I’m picking up 70 channels In New Orleans and the GULFPORT Biloxi area combined. It works better without the amplifier than with the amplifier. The antenna I believe was too strong and does not need an amplifier due to the 17dbi gain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the DB8e along with the Clearstream5 go into my attic. I had electrician install everything and the picture quality is outstanding. I live in Pensacola, FL where it is common to have bad storms and the antenna to my amazement lost no quality. I was still receiving 9-10 bars on the signal. I live between 20-33 miles from the towers but picked up stations 60 + miles away with just as strong 8-9 bars on signal readings. I get 35 stations all most have perfect 10 on signal reading. Highly Recommend getting this antenna if you are considering cutting the cord.

This antenna has a serious design weakness. The elements are riveted together through plastic insulator pieces. When I unpacked and set up the antenna, I noticed that about half of the bowtie pieces were loose and not making reliable contact with the conductors. The initial channel scans were not very impressive or consistent. After spending an hour drilling out the rivets and replacing them with adequately tightened screws and nuts, I received about twice as many channels. I'm still somewhat disappointed in the reception, but then I live in a mildly hilly wooded area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this multi-directional antenna to improve/expand my channel reception replacing an older directional one. I ended up losing two channels and gained none.

cut the cable and bought this antenna to pick up the local stations. I'm 35 miles from one market and 50 miles from another market. I pointed one panel at each market (roughly 120 degrees difference). I pick up all stations from both markets very reliably. I did add a vhf kit to the one side to pick up channel 8. Also using the juice amplifier and mounted to a 5' mast on my single story chimney. Very easy assembly and installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the hills 75 miles from broadcast tower on a giant pile of lead it gets reception with a big booster. It isn't perfect reception, but it is slightly better than the 35 dollar antenna I had before

Used it to replace my winter storm damaged large uhf/vhf antenna. I live in a rural area that is 50+ miles away from two major markets that are north and south of my location. This antenna is perfect for aiming towards the different markets. I did lose one of my lower vhf stations on RF 5 and almost got it back using an add-on small vhf antenna fortunately the channel is also broadcast on RF 25..... This antenna picks up my other stations from vhf 8 up to the upper uhf channels. It is a lot smaller then my original it is being used with a pre amp on the mast. I am satisfied with it.

Set it up in my 3rd story attic (wood, asphalt shingles). One element pointed at Chicago 52 mi. away; other at Milwaukee 60 mi. I've lost count at the number of stations (~60+, of course some are duplicates because from different markets). Hooked through an RCA pre-amp near the antenna, then split to feed 3 TVs.
