[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The DBE8 is the best long range antenna I have used! In my area, my customers can get New Orleans and Baton Rouge channels which brings in 140 channels. This antennas has the best DB levels and has better quality than all competitors!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good antenna. The reception that we get is amazing, as the antenna is on a very tall wind turbine pole. A suggestion for the manufacturer: Skip the plain nuts and lock washers and use nylon locknuts that won't vibrate loose over time. This particular antenna replaces one that came apart in this winter's windstorms. Suggestion for buyers: take the plain nuts to the hardware store and replace then with nylon locknuts, or at least use some thread-lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent antenna, works well even in our fringe area, live in valley with many trees. Mounted on roof. I added VHF antenna from Antennas Direct which worked well. Excellent customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Antenna was easy to assemble and install but reception wasn't much better then the old antenna that was starting to fall apart. Had to install a mast mounted pre-amp that helped somewhat. The antenna was installed at my cabin and the average distance to towers is 60-80 miles and this area in NE Wi is heavily wooded. So I think this antenna is working as good as to be expected. Antennas do have there limits regardless of what some manufacturers claim. I still have some experimenting to do but that will have to wait till spring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am about 45 miles from Austin in a heavily wooded area. I have tv channels that I didn't know exited! It was a bit pricey and wasn't the easiest to put up but well worth it in the end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My home is like 150 miles away from the towers and this antenna did its job we are getting very good signal I get up to 20 channels. Before we only got 3 channels with another antenna that is the only kind they sell in here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in a unique location in San Diego where the two main broadcast towers are 110 degrees apart and it is quite hilly terrain. With the DB8e I was able to adjust the two arrays to pull in the signals plus I picked up stations from Tijuana and all the broadcast station in Los Angeles. All tolled I receive 100 stations from as far away as 120 miles! Definitely worth the money and only the price of two months of cable bills!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Transmission antennas are 65+miles away but I get signal similar to long range VHS/uhf antenna. I have an inline powered booster which helps but this maybe the best I can do. I will try to repoint but using a compass the antenna and metal roof change due north.
