Great solar panel and love the No glow

I just purchased my second flex-dark-s and had to keave a review after running ym first for a few months. This camera has worked flawless for me. And the no glow option has made this camera just disappear to the deer it is pretty open where i have my camera and the deer pay no attention to it. I have had the camera out for months and still gave plenty of battery life in the camera dont see why I shoukd ever need to go to the camera but to change out cards qhen it is full.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best cell cam I own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only ever used Spypoint cameras and the Flex S Dark is the best one I’ve tried. Setup was super easy, pictures are clear (even at night), and the battery lasts a long time so I don’t have to mess with it all the time. The cell connection is reliable and I love that Spypoint gives 100 free photos per month — it saves money and keeps me checking my spots without extra fees. If you want something simple that just works, buy this — I would.

Dark daytime pictures

I received this camera and after charging it, installing it in the woods I received a notification about a firmware update, I accepted it and received another notification telling me it was successful. I received 1 addtional photo after update and camera didn't take another picture. Had to go back to the woods, check the camera and no lights were showing and camera was on. I turned the camera off and on again, the camera started working but received 3 dark pictures. The test picture button on the camera worked and picture was clear. I as well contacted an advisor, and they had no solution for the dark pictures. They tried to do as another person commented on here and ask me to retrieve the camera and go through a series of steps to test the camera, like do an external firmware update and that defeats the purpose of doing the remote firmware update. I received no answer and no direction on why it is sending dark pictures during daylight hours. It isn't all the pictures just an occasional really dark picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the title says this trail cam is amazing it stays charged my the sun so it’s batteries never once have even started being used and it’s connection signal distance is amazing and it stays at a very high connection % the lowest I’ve ever seen was 50% and that was miles from home there it stays up over 90% and that’s pretty amazing seeing as how between my home and the Flex-dark-s is over 40 acres covered with thousands of Pine trees but they do not effect it at all that I can tell!!!

Picture quality on 2nd Picture in a sequence

I have been using spypoint cameras for ever and I love the 2 of these That i have. Easy to setup and work very well. Only issues i have is that one of them will loose connectivity in a storm sometimes and i need to power it off and to work again. cameras and really love them. The other problem with both of them is when taking a 2 shot burst. One picture is great and the other is dark. I really don't mind that because the overall quality and setup is excellent. I have over a dozen other spypoint cameras that I'll be replacing with these.

Unmatched Battery performance!

I have been running 8, flex S darks for over a year now. I am able to put these into remote locations and not worry about maintaining cameras based on battery life. I have these placed in deep timber as well as sunny field edges- Battery maintains charge in both scenarios. I set these up in July/August and let them soak until end of shed season!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Activated this camera in October and have had nothing but issues with it. The internal battery will not charge and it sends hundreds of duplicate videos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of my Absolute Favorites!

I personally have 3 of these cameras and have had them deployed this entire past year without having to go out and service them. The integrated solar panel keeps the built-in lithium ion battery charged to keep from running through batteries and spending $$$..The new No-Glow/ Low-Glow setting keep the camera from spooking wild game at night time using IR technology, Lastly, and maybe my favorite feature, is the capability of remotely downloading and updating to the newest firmware when released! A++++
