No more batteries!

Picked up one of these as soon as they came out and just purchased another!
Set up on these cameras is very simple and the picture and video quality is fantastic! The solar panel certainly does its job to save on having to buy batteries.
I've had great luck with the previous flex-s model and have one that's been on the same tree untouched without even thinking about batteries for 2 years that is still performing flawlessly so I'm very excited to have this one with now increased megapixels and the no glow option!
Will definitely be picking up some more of these this summer

The Flex S Dark is my favorite camera in the line up. It not only takes amazing pictures and videos. The battery life with the solar panel is awesome. I have yet to have to change the battery in the camera. Also the new no glow feature has helped me out a lot not only with wildlife not noticing the camera but also trespassers. I will be purchasing many more.

The Spypoint Flex-S Dark camera is a great addition to the SPYPOINT lineup. The Flex-S Dark has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery pack and a solar panel that keeps the battery charged so you can go months without needing any battery maintenance. The new latch on the camera opens easily and is a great change. The picture and video quality are great. A few of the features are a built in solar panel, instant mode, 100’ flash detection range, 0.3 sec trigger speed, 40 megapixel camera and 1080p video resolution. The flex s dark is a favorite of ours because of the built in solar panel and the great pics and videos. It also has built-in GPS so that you always know where it is. With all the upgrades, this camera is a GREAT value for the money.

Great features .. less than great quality

Been with Spypoint for a number of years with currently 17 cameras. The Flex solar units are great until they are not great. These cameras are up 365 days a year near Del Rio TX so they can chewed on by the sun a bit. The issue is the solar panel itself and how it is anchored to the top of the camera .. just simple stickers underneath that's it. Two of my solar cameras lasted 1 years before the solar panel stickers delaminated exposing the hole the wires come through. A hole which allows in dust and when it rains water into camera body. The LM-S-LTE model does not have this issue because of its designed for the panel attachment since 2022 when I set it up.
So if you go with Flex-S units ... Monitor the solar panel for rise ups as the stickers are likely giving out.

Amazing camera all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flex S Dark is a game changer in the low glow game. I have noticed that many species are not intimidated or scared away. Setup was very easy with a great user friendly app. The onboard solar panel allows for extremely long battery life and the sensitivity for trigger speed is fantastic, always catching whatever goes by. Instant mode is a great feature for photos right now and the ability to adjust the cameras schedule is huge for me on the job and around home. The video and photo quality is superb, which I use for marketing and printing excellent photos. Overall the Flex S Dark has great functions and is a great value for the cost. I would highly recommend this camera.

Great picture/video quality

This is the best camera Spypoint has to offer. Picture and video quality is excellent. The no glow is a huge plus and being able to refresh the camera manually is convenient. No more having to wait hours for the HD request to process. Having sound is also great as I can hear the deer and pig eat/grunt/snort as well as other hunters that happen to pass by.
I would rate it 5 stars, however I have found that the detection range on my camera is more like 75-80 feet, not the 100ft listed. I have a ground blind set at 110 feet away and a trail that comes down towards the ground blind at 90 feet. This camera does not detect anything coming down from that trail and will only detect something if it makes a left and heads another dozen or so feet towards the camera. Detection quality within the 75 feet is great as the camera has been able to detect things as small as a rabbit or armadillo that are more than 50 feet away. The cellular connection with this camera is also much better than the Link Micro LTE cameras which can be hit or miss for no explainable reason.
I also wish that the HD video was longer than 15 seconds. On a couple of occasions, the video ends while an animal or person is still directly in front of the camera, and since there is a delay in the time of the video ending and the camera resetting to take another video, I miss some of the action. Since I hunt public land, that delay leaves out some crucial time when someone could be tampering with my equipment.
Also, the app is still kind of wonky. Whether using the app on my phone, or the webapp, many times the video does not play correctly, or it just lags in the middle and it takes several attempts to actually get to watch the whole video.
I would post some videos, but since I am being forced to utilize youtube instead of adding one directly from my account, I cannot.
