This is my initial break into the mobile camera craze and the start up…. Set up… and everything involved with this model is wayyyy beyond easy to use.. I will be grabbing another 3-4 of these!!

An absolute must have camera

These cameras are the absolute best! I have two of these flex solar cameras from Spypoint and intend on getting more. She. You pair this guy with Spypoints lithium ion battery packs you can leave these guys out in the field for a very long time through the harshest of weather. I have had these up since October of 2023 so far and haven't had to touch it once. It made it through the harsh MN winters and hasn't missed a beat. Absolutely great for placing in remote locations you don't want to visit often to retrieve photos or change batteries.

Exactly what I needed

This camera was extremely easy to set up. The ability to simply scan the QR code to register within the app and automatic updates are fantastic. One button click for sd card format and ready to use in under five minutes. I like that you have the ability to run off the solar battery itself and/or run an additional AA battery bank or lithium pack. It automatically switches between the two based on battery percentage. The picture quality is great and the dual SIM card allowed me to have service down in the mountain valleys with no issues. You do have to pay particular attention to make sure you’re running the most updated firmware; you can verify on the website and compare with what your camera shows under settings in the app. As long as you’re up to date, you’re set to go for a while!
I think the quality of camera for the money is fair. The price is premium compared to the competition, but primarily that is for the solar capabilities. I would recommend this model if you are looking to put it in remote places and don’t want to visit it often. Otherwise there are some cheaper options that don’t have an integrated solar panel.

Very easy setup and connection to cellular service. It would be very helpful if you could power off and on from your phone. I would have given 5 stars for that capability.

Very rugged construction

I purchased this camera for jobsite security. This is my first trail camera and I should have purchased the Micro S so I could program the timing of the camera activity.

Night picture all black after first year

Great camera for the first year. Second year night pictures are all black. Very easy to set up and picture bundles are very reasonable. If the company could send me the part to replace so night picture worked again that would be great

This Camera Does Not Miss A Thing!

I have had this camera out for around two weeks. It is picking up deer at distances that none of my other cameras would have caught. The clarity of the pics are amazing. I put this camera out where there will be soybeans planted in a few weeks. As expected the solar panel is keeping my battery percentage at 100% so there will be no need in making a special trip in to change batteries once the crops are planted. Loving this camera!
