[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Hoover, this is my second one. The power it has picks up all dirt and dust from carpet and hardwood floors. The extension parts are great for reaching up high and down low. The size is just right for getting underneath furniture.

Cord Rewind is terrible

The cord rewind feature is terrible. We had a Hoover years ago with the cord rewind and it was a one touch amazing feature, the new Hoover is awful. It takes 10 minutes of fidgeting to get the cord in. There's not enough tension in mechanism to pull the cord in. It's sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst vacuum I have ever had!

This vacuum is terrible. It shuts itself off after 10 minutes. There is no clog or dirty filter. It just gets hot and its thermo sensor shuts it off. Have to wait 30 minutes to vacume 5 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a few different Hoover vacuums over the last 20 years and the WindTunnel is our favorite. It's not too heavy but still super sturdy, it's great for our upstairs level which is fully carpeted and we have a dog (enough said), and the attachments make is easy to tackle drapes, dog bed, hard to reach areas. Oh, and we would never buy a vacuum ever again that didn't have the cord rewind feature - so much easier. Please enter me/us in your SWEEPSTAKES.
