Center screw flaw

This model has a flaw design with the center screw. This is the second vacuum I bought with the same issue, you can’t get the screw out because the nut keeps turning and there’s no way to grab the nut with a tool.
I don’t know why you put the screw in there in the first place instead of putting it in a plastic bag inside the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The vac is useless to do under anything! It does not have an extension to reach unless you get down o you hand and knee.

I'm an old guy: 65 and counting. This is the 5th vacuum I've owned in my life and I have to say the best of the five. As an extra bonus: I also feel it is a great value.

I really like my new vacuum. The only issue I have is the sound when the vacuum is on. It's a little loud like a high pitch whistle. Other than that I am very happy.

Please bring back the bagged Windtunnel! I hate these bagless vacuums! Even the senator of Iowa loves his old Hoover! We want our old windtunnel back with the bag!!!
