Love my Genny!

Bought it for my travel trailer. Have used it twice now for home power outages. Powered my furnace, fridge, freezer, TV Sat Internet and a bunch of lights no problem. Love this thing. I keep it in my basement when not using it and I can carry it up the stairs no problem. I'm 56yrs old. The remote works from my living room couch into my shed. 3 walls and 2 concrete walls. 50ft away. Outside from end of street no problem. Had to bond neutral and ground together for the furnace to work. But did that in my plug to the actual furnace.

Very happy with the generator thus far. Remote start is a game changer! Quiet for a 3,650. Do yourself a favor and burn out that fuel while sitting in between use, your carb will thank you later. Great customer service, and friendly staff. Local store is a huge plus! Def a Firman fan.

Good backup generator

I have owned this unit for almost a year and have over 420 hours on it. The remote stopped working a few months ago but it still starts manually. Battery failed after only a few months so not a good quality battery but otherwise a really good generator for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing generator.

I have used this generator for TWO STRAIGHT YEARS, every day up to 15 hours a day. We're talking thousands of hours. I have not been great to it maintenance wise either, maybe change the oil every two months. I've had many generators, none have lasted the hours this thing has. It has finally stopped starting, but seems like a dirty carb issue, not a catastrophic failure. When it comes to reliability, never had anything come close to this thing. Only con, wish has tank was a Lil bigger.

This generator is absolutely the best bang for your buck! Is it the quietest generator on the market? No. But it is still super quiet compared to a lot of generators that I've had in the past. I love firman products and would recommend them to anyone out there!

When I first received my W03383, I was excited to test it out. It was early December, so no trip planned for a while. I read through all the startup info and got it ready for first fire and charged the battery (so I thought). When it was time to start it up, the battery would not work, so I used the pull start. It took a number of tries to get it to fire even with the choke button in. Once it started it ran a bit rough and then smoothed out a little. Each time I went to start it was the same, the battery would not charge and it ran rough. I contacted Service, concerned that the battery was defective. IMMEDIATELY, they opened a claim and got a new battery ordered for me. After talking with the Rep and looking at the battery remove guide, I went to remove it to be ready for the new battery (as now I have a trip coming up!). Once it gained access to the battery, I saw that the positive terminal lead had become disconnected from the battery. So I reconnected it, put the unit back together, and tested it out... Vroom! She fired right up, smoothed right out and ran great. Now after several trips out, the generator has operated flawlessly!! I could not be happier about my purchase. I did contact Service right away and had them cancel the replacement battery order. Thanks Firman for a great product and Top Notch Service!!
