Best TV I’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart tv and I love it. It’s easy to use, offers a ton of different apps to fit my family’s preferences. The parental controls are easy to set up and the gaming options are convenient. The only thing I don’t like is the sound, it doesn’t seem loud enough with the volume up to 100, but I am planning on adding a soundbar so that’s not a deal breaker. I will never buy a non Samsung tv!

The interface and software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about the TV except the interface, especially when watching YouTube TV . The auto run capably that runs the last app used does not work. For example, if you’re watching YouTube TV and that was the last app being watched when the TV is turned off. When you turn the TV back on the Samsung TV plus pops up. Very frustrating.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues you are experiencing with the Auto Run Last App feature. Please try the below troubleshooting steps.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
If that does not fix the issue, you may need to reset your TV's Smart Hub:
1. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis.
2. Select Reset Smart Hub.

Crystal Clear to View & Hear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our purchase of our Samsung 65" DU7200 Crystal UHD TV (2024) is an absolute dream! The picture quality is clear and amazing graphics. We recently added a Samsung Soundbar and cannot believe we haven't used one before. There is no need to go to the movie theatre anymore - the picture and sound is that good.
