Do you watch sports?

I bought this a month ago and regret. This television is great for movies! Where it struggles is watching live sports or really anything live. The picture is fuzzy for a moment while it tries to catch up whenever the picture changes. So l feel the processee is not strong enough for this size of a tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on your DU7200 TV’s picture when watching sports. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Horrible

I bought this almost a month ago but just now hooking up. Hulu and peacock DOES NOT download on this version. Also, prime video downloads but does not play. The only streaming app that okay are Netflix and Disney plus. This is my 3rd Samsung TV but this version is NOT good. Will be returning.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the Hulu and Peacock app issues you are experiencing on your DU7200 TV. Please know we are here to help and have a few suggestions.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

This TV has a beautiful screen, display and picture quality. And that's IT. The sound is horrible. No bass. Very shallow. The remote is very confusing.

SAMSUNG 85” DU7200B DON'T BUY IT!!

Bought this yesterday and it is the biggest electronics purchase mistake I've ever made! Where to begin, NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL! I tried several times to turn this TV off it shuts off for about 5 seconds and immediately turns right back on all on its own! IT WILL NOT SHUT OFF when I have anything connected via HDMI!! I have to physically disconnect my HDMI cables for the TV to finally power down!! Picture quality is the worst! Every show/movie looks like a Soap Opera. I bought this to replace a 15yr old tv that had twice the picture quality this TV has. Remote is useless unless you are 3 to 4 feet in from of the TV and even when it does actually work, it has zero features. I have bought a lot of Samsung products over the years; this has made me seriously revaluate whether or not I should ever again. Probably going to buy different brand of electronics from now on, this wasn't cheap......I might as well have burned my money!!

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your new DU7200 TV. Please know we are here to help and have some recommendations.

First, please ensure Anynet+ is disabled to prevent the TV from turning back on. To turn off Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC), go to: Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = OFF.

Next, the e-Manual can provide you with additional setup assistance and is available directly on your TV at: Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

Finally, to change Motion smoothing settings on your TV:
Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus Settings (Picture Clarity Settings).
1. The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched.
2. Select Auto Motion Plus (Picture Clarity) to change the setting to either Off or Custom.
If you select Custom, three additional options are available:
• Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting.
• Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.
• LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Select to turn On or Off.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing issues connecting Bluetooth-enabled devices to your DU7200 TV. When connecting via Bluetooth, there are a few things to keep in mind.

1) You can't use Bluetooth devices, and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature simultaneously.
2) Compatibility issues may occur, depending on the Bluetooth device (A Mobile exclusive headphones may not be available, depending on the environment).
3) Lip-sync errors may occur.
4) The TV and Bluetooth device may disconnect, depending on the distance between them.
5) A Bluetooth device may hum or malfunction:

a) When a part of your body is in contact with the receiving/transmitting system of the Bluetooth device or the TV.
b) When the device is subject to electrical variation from obstructions caused by a wall, corner, or office partitioning. c) When the device is exposed to electrical interference from same frequency-band devices, including medical equipment, microwave ovens, and wireless LANs.
