Poor planning to connect to older existing equipme

the pictured sound was excellent, I was very disappointed to see no RCA output jacks to connect to my receiver amp and to my Zvox speaker for hearing improvement. I first purchased an HMI to RCA .Found out that did not work. Not very happy that I had to buy a new receiver with an HDMI input. Now when I turn on my TV, the receiver turns on. Not happy about that. I wanted both TV speaker and receiver sound at the same time.That does not work.All these problems could be avoided with TV RCA sound output Jacks.Engineering planing was very poor because of this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are using the device through HDMI, it could cause the auto-on, as Anynet+ is enabled.

We recommend you try turning Anynet+ off as it may be causing auto power on. Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+, then disable.

Bad remote

I bought the tv and at 77 yoa it was easy to set up. The picture is clear and color is truer. The remote is not easy to use. With in a couple of weeks it was unable to maneuver. I changed batteries but didn’t make a difference. GIVE ME A NEW REMOTE!!!!!!!! One that works as long as the tv at least
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you are experiencing with your remote. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.

Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.

If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.
