Samsung 65" Crystal UHD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our main television that we watch. We use it for watching cable tv and streaming services.
The television has a great picture and beautiful sound. One feature that is particularly helpful is the audio setting for assistive devices, which is helpful to my 82-year-old mother who wears hearing aids. When I first turned this feature on, she broke out in a big smile and exclaimed, "I can understand this!"
The bad part is that the remote is awful. The tv is slow to respond to the remote. I ordered an additional remote to have voice activation which the remote included with the tv does NOT have. Most of the time the voice activation either does not respond or does not understand. It is so frustrating. Also, many times the tv has issues switching from cable to streaming. More often than not, I have to unplug everything and plug it back in to make everything work properly. Very unacceptable for a new tv that was purchased July 2024.

Love the fact i connect my Bluetooth headphones to the tv if i wanted to watch a movie or show and not disturb anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tv about a week ago. It is the first tv I've purchased in over 5 years. This tv is definitely an upgrade from my older model. The tv allows for 4k which is amazing for the vivid gaming experience. The sound quality is pretty decent when it comes to smart tvs. So far I have absolutely no issues. I'd definitely recommend this cost friendly samsung tv. We make forts for our kids and love playing minecraft and having popcorn this tv helps us so much with out family experience

I'm almost 58 years old and have been buying my Samsung TV's and Our smart phones since, well as long as I can remember. And I think the quality and exceptional reliability is the reason we are so loyal to Samsung.
