Awesome Great smart features

I purchased my 65" DU7200 Smart TV a few days ago after my other brand 55" stopped working. I did some research and found that Samsung is great product since I have Samsung phone. I was thinking how will this smart TV be any different being my first. Well, I am in love with my new Smart TV. It has changed the number of remotes basically from 5 down to 2. I am surprised by how much it weights, also nothing. The features, the picture, the sound and flexibility are awesome. As I am still learning to use it, now to just learn how to connect it to my AV Receiver. This is a great TV and highly recommend this Samsung Smart TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 11-11-2024. I like that the controls have more options. I don't like the opening screen as there is just too much and too cluttered. I am just a simple person and all that stuff makes me anxious.

Issues with Voice command setup

The tv was described as not loaded with voice command but voice command ready for Alexa and Bixby.After being passed around to multiple Samsung
techs on the phone for almost 2 hrs , I have not been able to operate either.

I'm sorry for any issues setting up your your Samsung DU7200 TV with Alexa. You can control your device this way, but you will need to follow the below steps:
1. Download the Smartthings App on your Android or Apple device and log in with the same account that you are signed into on your Samsung TV.
2. On the app, you will need to add your TV as a device if you have not already done so.
3. Using the Amazon Alexa app on your Android or Apple device, connect the app to Smartthings, which should be under Devices> Your Smart Home Skills. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Samsung Account and enable the device.
After following the prompts, you should be connected and can now control your Samsung TV with your external device!
