Crystal clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV, the picture is crystal clear and the sound is very good. The only time I felt like I need a sound bar was when I had a crowd of like seven people including a few kids, it was kind of loud and we were trying to watch a movie. When two or three of us the sound is just fine.

In my opinion, Samsung is a technology leader and innovator. One of, if not the, best.

Pretty good although...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So all around it's a great TV and has lots of options. The only problem i really have with it is sometimes apps will freeze and I have to keep turning the TV off and on again till it eventually works cause it doesn't seem there's a force close or stop option. If there is I haven't found it. But the picture and sound are amazing and make the price well worth it.

We appreciate your feedback on apps, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried Sony, LG, and other brands. I just realized all my TVs now are Samsung. I have always been replacing the other brands with Samsung when they break, dead pixeling, or stop working. Now I replace my Samsung even when they have no problem because I always want the latest and the greatest. Of course, with Samsung brand also.
