Great color just wish it had more hdmi cords

Better than my analog TV. Colors are great. Res leaves much to be desired. When I watch the news, the colors are blotchy and if the reader moves his head, it gets resolved (Fractal display?). MOST distracting. Some movies are magnificent. Can't get 4k res.on my system (cable box - NOT Samsung's fault). When someone (Like Dr. Pol the Vet) has a wrinkle, it looks ,more like a gouge.

Hi Jack,
We appreciate your feedback on the DU7200 TV's image quality. I believe what you are describing is a feature called Auto Motion Plus, which eliminates ghosting and blurring that occurs from fast-moving images. These motion smoothing settings look great on live TVs, like sporting events or parades, which are filmed at 30 frames per second. Most movies, however, are filmed at 24 frames per second and are not intended to be viewed with these features. When turned on, this causes the dreaded soap opera effect.
To Change Motion smoothing settings on your TV:
Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus Settings (Picture Clarity Settings).
1. The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched.
2. Select Auto Motion Plus (Picture Clarity) to change the setting to either Off or Custom.
If you select Custom, three additional options are available:
• Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting.
• Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.
• LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Select to turn On or Off.

I bought this TV less than a month ago and a little disappointed at the fact that the TV does not have an Opitical connection for my soundbar! The picture and quality is great though

Not happy with my DU7200 Samsung TV

If you use a Roku, it is difficult to turn the tv off. I have 3 older Samsungs and never had this issue. If it wasn't a hassle, I'd return it. Sadly, I won't be buying another Samsung.

TV came packaged great, no scratches, no chips, no damage like other reviews. The color,picture, sound quality are great on the TV but it's a bit slow and lags. I normally have to hit the "back button" or "okay button" and wait a solid 2 seconds before the tv does anything or select the button a second time. But i guess for the size of the TV and price it's decent. Might end up selling it and just buying the more expensive version but then again, it's a brand new TV so it shouldn't be laggy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great connections.....easy to load additional apps

I bought this a few weeks ago....was bigger than I thought it would be.....but man is it an awesome purchase...the web pack and connectability to my internet and existent system is incredible....the color is outstanding, and the sound is crisp and clear....love this tv

An upgrade for a 1080 10 year old Samsung TV. Well worth the price with 4K picture. Expect to get the same excellent reliability as before.
