I really like the TV except for the remote. It is really hard to get the sound up and down because the button is small and too close together. I had to find another remote I previously had to get the sound to go higher. Technical was not able to help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV as replacement for a 13 year yr old Samsung. The differences are a lot, the resolution is so much better. The picture is very clear when watching content, the smart TV content is very easy to access with just the remote. I am very satisfied with this purchase
