Remote is worthless.

I needed another smart TV and had another Samsung from years ago. What I hate about this one is the remote. There are no numbers to select Samsung TV channels. So, it is a painful scrolling for minutes to get to where you want to go. I bought a replacement remote for my older Samsung and it works with this one. I haven't used it much, since it is in a room we seldom go to. I hope it is better than my older model, which I have to reboot occassionally to get it to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful tv for the price

Not so Smart TV

I would give this 5 stars but the built in "Smart TV" is pretty much unusable. Apps either freeze or don't load. I tried using the Samsung TV free channel and movies and I can only get maybe one or two tv shows or movies that I am interested in to load. This is not an internet issue as i have tested this with other devices and they all work fine. I am a Samsung product user/fan through and through and this is very disappointing. I will have to get a Google Casting device in order to use this brand new TV.

Thank you for letting us know about the internet issues you are experiencing with your DU7200 TV. Please try the below troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue:
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
