Difficult to navigate

The most difficult tv to navigate, ever!!! While the picture is really good, the navigation of this tv is frustrating every single day. The remote is also frustrating. The sound button is also for muting so we’re always muting when needing to go up or down on the volume. The apps on the screen are also difficult to navigate. I had a return placed for it since it will go blank for a full minute when a show cuts for commercial. But, I’m still deciding whether I want the hassle. I keep thinking we’ll adjust to it but it’s frustrating every single day for the last 2 weeks.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience with the DU7200F TV. I have a few recommendations that may improve some of the issues you noted.

First, let's ensure your TV has the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Next, if you are using any external devices, please check the HDMI cables to ensure they are inserted fully.

Regarding the remote, please know you can learn how to use your Samsung Remote by going to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.

We also understand if you would prefer to use a different remote, whether it’s a universal remote, a game controller, or something else!

This tv has exceptional color and lighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this tv for a while and it still seems to impress me. The colors are clear and they are bright. Compared to a previous brand,that was a 4k, it didn't have the clarity that my crystal tv has. The area is not super bright where i placed the tv,but it gives off enough lighting to send crisp pictures out. I also dont notice any lag, when i am watching sports. I don't see any blur as well. I brought this tv a 65inch and now im ready for an upgrade to a 75 and or maybe an 80 or above!. This tv will light up any family room and makes an excellent choice for the price!.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your DU7200 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale any content sent to it as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity:

1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD.
4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings
5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

Terrible BlueTooth

I bought a Samsung previously but they have made it much more complicated to use. The bluetooth does not work verty well.

When connecting via Bluetooth, there are a few things to keep in mind.

1) You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature simultaneously.
2) Compatibility issues may occur, depending on the Bluetooth device (A Mobile exclusive headphones may not be available, depending on the environment).
3) Lip-sync errors may occur.
4) The TV and Bluetooth device may disconnect, depending on the distance between them.
5) A Bluetooth device may hum or malfunction: a) When a part of your body is in contact with the receiving/transmitting system of the Bluetooth device or the TV. b) When the device is subject to electrical variation from obstructions caused by a wall, corner, or office partitioning. c) When the device is exposed to electrical interference from the same frequency-band devices, including medical equipment, microwave ovens, and wireless LANs.

Don't expect high end features,this tv is good for watching cable/sports if that's all you are looking for you are going to enjoy it
