[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors and clarity of this TV are amazing. It is what it what it says in the title. It is crystal clear. We really enjoyed watching movies and regular TV. It makes the movies come to life. The colors are deep and true. We got a great TV for a very economical price.

Picture is great. Sound is ok. Remote is awful. Have to reposition multiple times to get the tv to respond to the click. Work better with smart phone app, but can be slow to respond. Biggest issue is that it doesn’t work well with my home theater. I’ll turn the tv on, and the home theater will turn on like it is supposed to, but there will be no sound. I turn the volume up and still no sound. I switch to the tv speakers and sound comes out of the tv speaker just fine, but not great sound. Next time I turn the tv on, the home theater turns on and blows me out of the water, because this time the tv randomly decided to use the home theater sound and the volume was way up from last time I tried to get it to work.called and chatted with Samsung support which took hours to get a response and then finally just gave up. I emailed my complaint and requested assistance and got an email response that was unclear and not intuitive enough to help me with my problem. Currently just turned off the home theater so I don’t get anymore random surprises, and I just use the mediocre tv speakers. I gave them stars because the picture is great. 5 star for the picture. Zero stars for everything else, sound, remote, service, support, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lacks features and audio output, took forever to set it up and image quality is not as great as promised. Remote control seems very cheap, and no numbers on it, so it’s very hard to search to channels. App doesn’t provide numbers either. I might end up returning it.

Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your experience. I have a few recommendations that may improve your visual experience:
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
Regarding the remote, please know that Samsung remotes are designed to be convenient and useful, but we understand if you’d prefer to use a third-party remote, whether it’s a universal remote, a game controller, or something else!
