I recently acquired the Samsung Du7200 television and am highly satisfied with its performance. The exceptional picture quality, combined with the impressive motion rate, provides an immersive viewing experience. Additionally, the innovative light sensor and user-friendly operating system, along with the seamless integration with my Samsung S24 Ultra smartphone, further enhance the overall user experience.

Best RV series for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Crystal series. I love how crisp the picture is. No matter if watching a movie or gaming, everything looks glorious.
My living room is very bright so I especially like that I can change the settings to best suit how much light I get daily to ensure the picture quality is 100%. Presented my old 55 in to my nephew and he was thrilled with it. It was only a year old so I imagine he will enjoy it for years to come.

We appreciate your feedback on the DU7200 TV response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
Next, if you are seeing streaks or abnormalities on your TV screen, I recommend running a Picture Test.
Navigate to Settings> Support> Device Care >Self Diagnosis. Then select Picture Test >OK> view the test. You can select Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the picture a second time.
If abnormalities appear during the picture test, please reach out to us so we can schedule a warranty service appointment. You can call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.
