I've had the 75" for about 6 months on my wall, picture is amazing, sound is decent. Its about 2 feet from a glass door and I've never had glare issues either!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm enjoying this TV as it is my first "smart" TV. The pic is great and I can see those wide screen shots that I couldn't see before. I also enjoy the greater choice of programming which I didn't have when watching broadcast TV. I have a couple of concerns.
One is that I can't get even all the channels on the broadcast (antenna) side of the TV. I'm using the same antenna, I just plugged the same connector in that I used for the old TV, but I cannot get any NBC channel. This means I can't see SNL LIVE on Saturday nights. I wonder if something in the TV is blocking it so that I must pay for Peacock to see it?
Also, sometimes the interface seems a little slow or even non-responsive. It's like the TV freezes up and doesn't respond to the to the remote. Since I bought an extra remote, and it reacts the same with both, I'm pretty sure it's not that. It could be that my internet connection is slow (I have DSL way out in the country). We'll see when I get fiber hooked up in a few weeks. I really hope it isn't the TV.

Useless Remote Makes Navigating Such Hard Work

I hate the tv and almost never use it. I have had it a year. The remote is pathetic and makes navigating so difficult that I just don't want to bother. To use the sleep option I have to exit the screen I am in which is ridiculous. The remote should be bigger and have way more options. I continue to watch everything on my tiny laptop. Wish I didn't waste money on this product.

Thank you for your feedback. Please know to access the Sleep Timer you should not have to exit the app you are in.

To access the Sleep timer, press the Gear Icon on your remote control, from there press All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer.

You can also control when your TV wakes up and turns off via the SmartThings app available on your Smart phone.

Disappointed with SAMSUNG.

DU7200 50" TV worked great for about 3 months. Then it looked like the screen cracked in the lower left corner but seems to be under outside glass. Not covered by the warranty because Samsung said it was from an impact to the screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Samsung’s DU7200. If you’re seeing lines on your Samsung TV screen, here are a few steps to help determine the cause:

1. Run a Picture Test: Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. This will display a test image. Follow the on-screen prompts and check for lines during the test.
2. Check the Results:
• If there are no lines during the Picture Test: Your TV panel is likely fine. Try replacing the cable connected to any external device showing the issue. If the lines persist, the problem may be with that device - not the TV.
• If lines do appear during the Picture Test: This may indicate a panel issue. Please contact Samsung Support to request service. Be prepared to provide your TV’s model code, software version, and serial number.
3. Note on Physical Damage: If the lines are solid black or appear alongside cracks, this could be due to physical damage. While service is still possible, damage from impact is not covered by warranty, and in some cases, repair costs may exceed the price of a replacement.

Love the Menu. Hate the remote.

I so love the the menu on Samson that I have replaced 3 of my 4 TV’s with the Crystal 50 to 55” sets. As older 87 & 79 viewers we appreciate having the same remote. I will say the actual remote is not user fendly for older people and I hope a better version is one it’s way.

Dark and muddy

The value for size and resolution is undercut by the subpar contrast. Any UHD content that has 'dark' scenes is completely unwatchable, with the TV only showing things as all black, and with zero configuration options to improve the experience. Non-UHD content plays just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Below are a few settings that I recommend adjusting: Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you.
