Okay product, but not the best choice for me.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am not happy the way it loads up. It is slow warming up. Then when it does come on, the last show that was on is in a tiny box that sits there for awhile and then finally decides to bring up the big picture of the show.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Horrible!

Hate this TV and regret buying it. I would return if I could. The dashboard is not user friendly, the remote control has minimal functionality. Just awful and super confusing. Also, I swear it has a mind of its own sometimes, I will pick an option and it will do something on its own. LOL. Last, it is SUPER SLOW when moving from one channel to another.
I’ve used Roku for years and should have stuck with it, soooo much easier to navigate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My family bought a 65 inch a month ago and we are very pleased. The colors are very bright and sharp. Another plus are the free channels, we especially love the music videos!

Amazing Picture Quality & Features at a Great Pric

I purchased the Samsung 43" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 at least a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The picture quality is stunning—vibrant colors, deep contrasts, and super sharp details make watching movies and shows feel immersive. The Crystal UHD technology truly brings out the best in 4K content.
The TV's OS is smooth and easy to navigate, with all my favorite apps like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube readily available. Plus, the built-in Samsung Smart Hub makes switching between streaming, live TV, and gaming effortless.
Setup was a breeze, and I love how sleek and modern the design is. It fits perfectly in my living space without taking up too much room. The sound quality is surprisingly good, but pairing it with a Samsung soundbar took it to the next level.
Overall, this TV offers top-tier performance at an affordable price. If you're looking for a great 4K Smart TV with excellent features, reliable performance, and a stylish look, this is it! Highly recommend!

I am a Samsung fanboy. If Samsung make it, I would most likely buy it. My last Samsung finally died on me after 15 years so it was a no-brainer to get another one. Unfortunately it was much more expensive than a TCL and did not have an optical out, so I had to return it.

The DU72000F TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

No sound output for sound system

I am satisfied with the picture. I am very disappointed that the TV has no hard sound output connection to my sound Sony model STR-DG710 sound system. I do not want to buy a sound bar as I have a sound system that works fine. I do have a Sony blue ray dvd that works just fine with the hdmi connection. I would like to connect my sound system.
