Screen quality excellent -- viewer interface not

Picture quality is fine. However: home screen is overly cluttered and confusing, with too many promos. Remote is too minimal and difficult to figure out. I reverted to the remote for my previous Samsung TV and it worked much better.

Don’t buy samsung

after less than 3 years the picture on the left side of the screen went dark. The cost to repair it would have been more than I paid for the tv itself. I reached out to Samsung hoping for at least a discount on a new tv and got nothing. Do not ever buy anything Samsung. Terrible tvs and zero accountability.

The tv already quit working. It makes a clicking noise and shuts off. Very disappointed in the quality of the TV. I believe it’s a control panel or processor issue. I would not buy another Samsung tv.

Great Picture

I liked my 50" Class Crystal UHD CU7000 so much that I went out and bought the DU7200 for my bedroom. The picture is bright and the colors are clear. The audio is sufficient for my small room.
I would recommend this to a friend!
