I love my samsung tv’s, I have 6 Samsung’s in my home and enjoy every one, they are easy to set up have great clarity and have never had an issue. I will never buy anything but Samsung

Not sure if I will be another Samsung

For some reason I can’t control the volume on my tv something is wrong with it and I’m not sure if it’s my cable but the closer caption comes on when I turn the tv on and will not go off. I have 4 Samsungs and two of them suck!

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

TV works well and was relatively easy to set up. Picture is really good if you're directly in front, but colors wash out (especially faces) if you are watching from off to either side. Streaming works well and the interface is easy to use.

Display problems

We have had a disappointment with this TV. Not even a year old and the display has a line running vertically across the screen blocking that portion of the screen. ☹️
We thought it would be as good as our old Samsung we’ve had for approximately 7 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU7200 TV and for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections

2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines.

3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Connected Devices, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

great pic and smart features lacking ports

Well besides the tv having absolutely the best view possible, and clarity is by far the best I have and I own all Samsung TV's I am actually VERY disappointed in the fact that there are only 2 HDMI ports, and NO optical audio cable for the soundbar I bought to go with it. Could honestly have 1 more HDMI, Audio Optical port, and a USB port. truly sad its not included.

THE WORST TV.

I bought my Samsung Smaet tv last year.and I am having so many issues with it.connection to WiFi is having issues all the time.for a week the TV would not turn off.at night sounds wierd but is a issue.i have to unplug the TV everynight.then plug it in the next day.
It kicks me off the channel im watching.have to reboot and factory set my TV at least 2 times.a.month.going back to A new Roku tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
