Best All Around.

I have had a few TV's over the years that have been less then satisfactory. After using this Samsung, for over a year now, i can say it has been the best overall TV I've owned. The resolution is clear and crisp, the refresh rate is great for gaming, and the way it seamlessly connected to the sound bar was fantastic. I look forward to seeing what new improvements are to come. Samsung is my go-to for most electronics now.

Its a good tv not great but good

Its alright the pictures good and it was quick at first but over time opening menus and such had slowed down tremendously I thought there'd be some sort of cache to clear but I cant find one so im not sure what to do. Its got a great refresh rate and resolution but the connectivity could be better if im being honest. The processor is good i think but im sure there's better over all its good but there's some small dealable issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great TV. Samsung delivered a wonderful product. Picture quality, fast processor and good connectivity. I did not give a five stars because it does not come with voice activation.

Later models performance

I have been buying Samsung TVs exclusively for at least 20 years. The latest ones which were purchased in the last couple of years have not performed to my satisfaction. The most recent one, a UN60DU7200, shuts itself off intermittently while I'm watching a program. The "new" remote's performance is extremely slow, not intuitive and struggle to switch between home screen apps, ROKU and antenna inputs. I am pleased with picture quality and general performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While it’s great to hear that you’re loving the picture quality and general performance of your DU7200 TV, I’m very sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced with the TV turning off.

If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try the following steps:

1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet.
4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

To learn how to use your Samsung remote and understand the settings on your TV, please use your remote to access the remote guide. Go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.
