Easy set up, great picture.

The set up for this TV was super easy. From mounting on the wall, setting up cabling and adding apps to the viewing experience, everything was super intuitive. Once everything was updated, the picture did not disappoint. Love having a cinematic experience in my own home. The large format also makes my YouTube multi-view super enjoyable when monitoring two games at once. It’s October, so baseball postseason and NFL football makes that a must!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have a lot of problems trying to connect air TV. Never works.

If you're having trouble connecting your AirTV device to your Samsung DU7200 TV, here are several steps to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Confirm HDMI Connection
Make sure the AirTV is securely connected to an HDMI port on your DU7200.
Try switching to a different HDMI port if one isn’t working.
Use the TV remote to select the correct HDMI input

2. Power Cycle Both Devices
Unplug both the AirTV and the Samsung TV for 30 seconds.
Plug them back in and power them on — this often clears handshake issues.

3. Check Network Setup
AirTV requires a stable internet connection for streaming.
Make sure your Wi-Fi is working and that AirTV is connected to the same network as your TV (if using casting features).

4. Update Firmware
On your Samsung TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
On AirTV: Check for updates via the AirTV app or website.

Turning TV on it takes several minutes. Just keeps trying to open TV.

I’m very sorry for the difficulties you’ve experienced with your DU7200 TV. We completely understand your frustrations, and we are here to help.

Please try discharging or cold booting your TV, as this will help it start up normally again. You can cold boot your TV 2 ways:

1. With the Samsung TV remote
- With the TV turned on, press and hold the power button on your remote.
- Continue holding the power button while the TV powers off and back on.

2. Without the Samsung TV remote
- With the TV turned on, unplug the TV's power cord from the power outlet and wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn the TV back on.

Please also check to see if your TV has any software updates available, which could help it run smoother as well. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Great little TV for a small room!

Works great. I abuse this thing and it keeps on giving. So far the screen is clear and bright, the wifi connects quickly and the picture quality is on par with what I would expect from Samsung.
The controls are snappy and there is little or no lag from the remote or the on screen processing.

Love the TV but I HATE the remote. This is the second "smart" Samsung TV I've bought with that kind of remote. When you try to increase the volume it often mutes the sound. Please change it! for the future
