I'm impressed with the picture quality out of the box. The Smart TV features are soeasy to use that I set aside my streaming box and see no need for it now.

We looked at many options and I am so glad we bought this one It's exactly what we were looking for - in fact had even more than we expected. The display is crisp and clear, the set up was easy even for a couple of old folks like us, and we are more than satisfied with everything about this TV. Everything integrated perfectly with all our streaming services. I can't say enough about how great this TV is. We 100% recommend it to everyone.

We bought this TV for our elderly mother. It is easy to set up, has a great picture and the user interface is very easy to use. We are very happy with this product and I highly recommend it.

Looses connection

I’ve been happy with my new tv except for the sudden loss of connection that happens a couple of times per week. Just drops it! My phone and computer stay connected, so it’s not my internet, it’s the tv. It’s very frustrating, and takes a couple of minutes to get back to what I’m watching.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
