Sound Issues

I can only give two stars. The quality of the sound is terrible. We had to purchase a sound bar. Navigation of the apps is complicated, when you watch longer the 3 hours the sound and the words no longer match up.
If you are watching baseball for example the announcer tells you a home run has been hit before the ball makes contact with the ball. The only way to resolve the problem is to power off and wait a minute or so.

Exceptional Quality

I received this new tv as a gift from my husband and let me just say I am absolutely delighted with it. Samsung has always been a top brand in my book, from childhood on. I am a Galaxy girl as well. I can say the phone and tv are alike in many ways. The clarity, resolution, capabilities, and the user friendly construction all make this a home run. I am enjoying all the down time I get with my Samsung and with football season upon us, I have streaming capability at my finger tips, with such a realistic picture, it almost feels like I’m watching from the stadium instead of my bedroom. For our family, we have only ever experienced quality with Samsung and will continue purchasing your products for years to come. This design has the viewer’s enjoyment in mind.

I have 2 Samsung smart tvs. Both have excellent quality pictures. I have yet to find an app that I can not download and they all run great. The picture is clear and refreshes great.

Have always loved the color resolution for the Samsung products, from my personal Samsung Galaxy to my recent purchase of my 60" TV. The resolution is very crisp with very warm colors to match.

Samsung do not stand behind their product my 75” tv was 1 year old Motherboard crashed they sent a repair man. He looked at. It told me the problem and no one ever showed up again…….TRASH
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
