Sound goes out for no reason!. No fix from Samsung

I purchased this model 65” Class Samsung Crystal UHD. At first it worked well for the first 4 months. Looks like I have one of the lemons as my experience has not been that great with this Samsung Model. The sound will cut out completely for no reason at all. To get the sound back on, I have to completely shut down everything and wait a few minutes then turn it back on. I have tried troubleshooting that was offered and nothing has fixed the sound it continues to cut out for no reason. It happens will all my apps as well Netflix, Hulu, Disney, ESPN+ , Paramount, I did a factory reset, still nothing!!! It’s so irritating to watch a movie only to have the sound cut out and you miss the most important part. I wished Samsung would address and fix this problem, however they deny this is an issue with their TVs but I see other posts online of people with the same problem. Samsung will not admit it’s a problem. Please fix your sound on these TVs and stop blaming the cable companies, sound bars ….please just stop denying it !!!Samsung TVs have a sound problem. This is the worst Samsung I’ve own. The newer models are not any better, I should have kept my older model that worked fine. Buyers beware you could get one of these that has a sound issue , the TV will work fine for a few months , then after the date of purchase has expired passed the point of when you can't return it. 💥 Bam the sound starts going going gone!!!

We lost a tv app and haven’t been able to reinstall it. No error message or reason why.

Not that happy. The voice over announcing is annoying and unnecessary with no evident way of turning it off. I'm seriously considering donating it and going to another brand. Sorry.

Thank you for reaching out to us. If your TV is announcing everything you do, then Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It is possible that you have turned it on by accident by holding down the volume button on your TV remote.

Poor remote, but good TV

This is our second Samsung TV and we love it. The only problem is the remote. It's way too small and very hard to use. If our old remote wouldn't have worked, I would have returned the TV. Please go back to a larger remote that everyone can use.

Not sure if it’s really 75” cause I measured it with my tape and it was at around 65”. Other than that works fine.

Good second Tv

Wasn't thrilled so I added a Roku 4k streaming stick, screen was blueish with Judder in all but Movie mode and Film maker modes. I like adjusting the sound for bedrooms, with lower bass so as not to disturb others. For the money this is a decent second TV as SDR / HDR peaks are not high. Competitive price point.
