Good picture..

The picture is great, however, the remote and on-screen channel selections are difficult to navigate. You cannot access Samsung TV channels directly using the number input on the remote as it only accepts 3 digits .before it disappears. Very frustrating.

Great TV for outdoor sport viewing

Great TV that we use for outdoors. Even in bright sun, you can still see the image on the screen. Being 43", it's pretty portable to bring in and outdoors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great picture and resolution, whoever the new remote sucks, especially if you use an app to access your cable service. Bring back the numbers on the remote with an info button to see what the program is about.

Easy operation

This is one of the easiest TV’s to operate. I was able to connect to all my streaming services. I also was able to connect a box on hdmi. The picture is great

Picture is not what I expected

The tv is basically ok , but display is dark, when I called the tech center they were no help, kinda sorry I purchased this model. This model is 55 class crystal uhd du7200

If the image is too dim, try adjusting Picture Mode or Expert Picture Settings.,Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings . You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:,1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. ,2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. ,3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. ,4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.,5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. I hope you can use these adjustment recommendations to set the image to your liking.
