Great TV but remote is very frustrating (really)

Really a great HDTV with excellent, vibrant picture. Also, I find the 75" size screen perfect. The only negative is the remote, which is unbelievably NOT user friendly... but if you can find a previous version of the remote it all will be perfect. That is what I did.

Third TV, two cell phones, one refrigerator

Unbelievable sharpness. This makes my third Samsung, and they are all great! Ps. I also have a Samsung refrigerator which is also awesome, and two cell phones, same brand!

I enjoyed the TV for the couple weeks I had it before my ex wife took it from me through a divorce. It worked well, I miss the TV.

Basic cheap TV

I should have spent more money on the higher end Samsung TV. Disappointed in the remote. You can't see to operate the remote in the dark. It is a very basic remote and I am basically Disappointed 😞. I just bought an LG 75 inch in the same price point and it has a remote that actually allows you to use the TV. I bought two of the Samsung 65 inch TV's so I am double Disappointed in Samsung. Maybe I can sell them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picture good - streaming processor really dslow.

We have had or 55" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 for a number of months now and while the picture quality is good, the set does exhibit some 'processing' difficulties. While we have increased our internet feed from 50 MB per second to 250 MB per second, the set still displays delays in processing while changing channels or streaming apps. When we atttempted to use the internet feature, it proved to be a cumbersome and less then positive experience. My wife and I are retired and depend heavily on televison as a source of entertainment. While I oridinally wanted a QLED tv - those proved to be just much to expensive for us so we selected the 55" Class Crustal UHD Du7200. This is pretty disappointing because we changed to a samsung because we had heard people rave about them and needed to change from our previous tv brand.
