I love my Samsung tv. The picture is clear, sound is great and the features are easy to understand. The remote takes a bit of getting used to as it’s smaller than ones I’ve had before. I don’t have cable and having Netflix and Prime buttons make it easy. It’s easy to setup and connect to my WiFi.

It has a lot of options, especially if you like to use your computer with your TV screen as a monitor. Also, the sound quality and options to customize to your preference is very simple and straightforward with a user's guide easily accessible. My only issue is it's main features only work with Samsung devices, which is a shame if you have different devices you'd like to connect, such as a soundbar. Other than that, a very nice TV.

Do not buy this television

Extremely disappointed. Unit does not operate properly. I have to disconnect it from power multiple times each day to get it to work. This product should be replaced under warranty. Horrible. I do have 3 other Samsung products that perform well.

I do not recommend this TV. It has little to no options for a good picture. We have the top of the line internet service with the fastest speed available and it still throws the arrow up and spins waiting for service. My neighbors have slower service than I and there’s have no problem (different TV) at all. I’ve always had good picture with Samsung, but this one I do not recommend!!
