Great picture

The picture quality is superb.i wish the programming/controller was easier - i am older & the tiny controller is hard for arthritis & even vision! I like being able to go between services easily & appreciate the Samsung channel. Definitely would buy again

I’ll be honest when I first moved in to my home I said why not add a Samsung TV “it’s a quality tv.” But it took very little time to have a tv that is slow in reaction time. I recently got another thinking maybe it was a flawed tv but no it’s slow as well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoy the TV in general. However I am annoyed that I cannot get my surround sound to stay connected and there is no way to connect my DVD player 😑

Riks: We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your DU7200 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Great picture! Bad sound , bad remote

My last Samsung just suddenly went black , so I shopped around for a good buy , this one is 55’ so a little bigger but the volume has to be turned up to the 40’s or higher , I had a sound bar connected to my old one but it has a weird small connector that hooked into the back of the old tv , this tv doesn’t have it . Finally found a cord online that had the two connectors I needed , ordered and delivered and it was only 6 inches ! Gave up on the sound bar for now but don’t understand why I have to turn the volume up that much . Hate the remote too!

Wonderful TV Experience

We appreciate that it is a true Smart TV. We previously had a different brand that claimed to be a Smart TV but it had some kind of ties to the original brand that kept it from working correctly with the various apps and we never got it to pair correctly with the sound system.
