Best tv I’ve owned in years. Have had LG products and they have been good as that why I kept buying them. When iit started to fail I looked into buying it again but looked up recommended products and Samsung was right on top. It is so fantastic. Clear, almost 3D.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your remote never works, right sometimes it turns on sometimes it doesn’t the volume doesn’t work all the time

Barbara: Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you are experiencing with your remote. Please try the following troubleshooting steps: First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again. Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control. If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. The picture quality is superb.i wish the programming/controller was easier - i am older & the tiny controller is hard for arthritis & even vision! I like being able to go between services easily & appreciate the Samsung channel. Definitely would buy again

I’ll be honest when I first moved in to my home I said why not add a Samsung TV “it’s a quality tv.” But it took very little time to have a tv that is slow in reaction time. I recently got another thinking maybe it was a flawed tv but no it’s slow as well

I enjoy the TV in general. However I am annoyed that I cannot get my surround sound to stay connected and there is no way to connect my DVD player 😑

There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.
