Nice for price!

So far I have no issues. The picture quality is great! The connectivity is pretty great! I can download all my apps and use them that’s all I really need. I have a 55 inch which is the same one and I bought it a year earlier. It stopped connecting to the internet one day so I tried all the troubleshooting and got to the point where it seemed like it would connect and it did not. Unfortunately there’s. Nothing they can do about it lol!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good as our LG. The sound is wonky even after adjusting.

Right focusing scrolling somewhat cumbersome

God value for price. Basically the picture of screen fine. Scrolling is cumbersome and not interested in voice format

Screen quality great, but OS menu and remote lacki

The screen quality is good, but the menu is over complicated. The OS updates overwrite my settings. I have not been able to add Pluto back to the main menu and go through conniptions trying to get to it. The remote control has very limited commands.

Not really a smart TV

Its nice, but I wish I had purchased a Sony, Samsung has no ability to include my Google photo via the internet apps, it wont let me add the the google photo app to see my vacation photos, really a bummer, connecting the phone is a real pain, took an hours and no good, so I tried from phone its finds it but states connected but on TV it does not come up or visible that I connected, it states to disconnect my internet cable and go to wifi hook up same as phone, I did still nothing, very complicated, not user friendly like Sony, I was ably to instantly connect to google photo, I tried my phone and it also auto connected instantly, no searching setting or finding where it is hours and no result on Samsung, my phone is Samsung galaxy and the TV is brand new. Calling is difficult, was on hold over 30 minutes gave up

TV Speakers not loud enough

I like the app features and I love the picture quality. My issue is that the sound is not loud enough and to get louder sound I need a soundbar... but to get a soundbar I have to give up one of the three HDMI ports. My previous Samsung allowed for an optical connection to the sound bar. To me this is a major issue because I wear hearing aides and need more sound. I also run 2 blue-rays, Dish and Amazon Fire stick so I need all three HDMI ports.
