Nice but…

A nice picture, sleek design. However it does not synch well with MLB and it drops connection with apps periodically. We think of it as temperamental

Thank you for your review of the 43" Crystal DU7200 TV.
If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV:
1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

We purchased the tv November 20, 2024 and it is not working at all at this time. It has been broken for almost two weeks and we are still waiting for someone to schedule the tech to repair the tv. The tv is still under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

picture & colors are great, but something is off with the volume, sometimes I have to put it up in the 30's -40's range on certain things I'm watching, otherwise its great. think I need the geek squad to come fix the settings on it

This is the worst Samsung I’ve ever purchased. The television will not turn on or off unless I press the remote four or five times. I cannot access support help. I won’t buy another.

Great Picture but could use some control tweaks.

Picture is great I ended up with a second one because I wanted to keep things similar. However, I wish there was someway to edit channels that I don’t want and I would like the ability to type in the channel number instead of having to scan through all the channels.
I would recommend this to a friend!
