Good Mid-Range TV

Picture quality is very good, sound leaves much to be desired. I recommend laughing with a sound bar. I'm not a fan of the user interface, which is much different from my other Samsung TVs. We connect our mobiles phones to share content frequently, which goes without problem about 95%of the tune.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Junk products, no support.

Screen failed less than two years after purchase. Also have a Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker that’s failed for the fourth time. Samsung corporate won’t help with either problem. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad experience

Very disappointed in this TV. Picture is average at best. Remote is not user friendly. TV is complicated and set up is extremely clunky and we’ve had it about a year now. I feel like the feature they spent the most time on was making sure they advertise everywhere! We regret this purchase so much we often talk about buying a new TV.

I am enjoying the quality of the picture when this TV is working properly. I have had continuous problems with all of my Samsung TVs. I have three where the picture freezes, and I have contacted my cable provider and they have assured me that I have the highest be possible and it just may be the TV. The TV also seems to have problems with recognizing the HDR connection, and I have to periodically plug-in unplug that to make it see that cable.

For optimal performance, we ask that you please check to ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Very satisfied except sleep timer.

This tv replaced a unit in our bedroom. The viewing is great but a major complaint is the inability to select a time for the sleep timer. Doesn't seem that this setting is rocket science, but it got overlooked by the enginers.
I would recommend this to a friend!
