Terrible Remote

The picture clarity is sharp and fantastic. However, the remote is the worse remote I have ever used. It has very few buttons and the instruction booklet is terribly lacking in explaining how to use the remote. I guess Samsung expects you to be a psychic to figure out how to use the remote. If I had known about the remote, I probably would not have purchased this particular model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m very sorry for the difficulties you’ve experienced with your DU7200 TV. We completely understand your frustrations, and we are here to help.

If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV:

1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Outage Samsung is on the take

Samsung had an outage and I could only get Netflix. Why is that? I’ll never buy another Samsung tv, in fact I have 5 in my house that are all going

Good picture quality

Picture is vibrant and sharp, but the tv will automatically open the last streaming service I used if I don’t pick one quickly enough after turning the tv on. I find that odd. None of my other tvs do that. Also, I wish I’d chosen a tv with a remote control that has a speaker. I have to type to do any searches.

Thank you for choosing the DU7200 TV and for your review. You can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features.

When you set Autorun Smart Hub to be on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on.

If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app automatically runs when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off.

The DU7200 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

So Vividly Beautiful!

I always purchase Samsung THIS, they are very well made. This recent Samsung Crystal UHD is so incredible, it super easy to plug in and get started, also, because I already have a smart Samsung TV in the living room, the new TV just cloned all of the apps and the picture/screen is so vivid and beautiful. I don't like my Samsung TV...I love it. There's so many incredible features and if you have questions about the features, as long as you register your purchase you can contact Samsung. This TV is so awesome, I didn't mind writing a review for it. I recommend this product.

I bought a Samsung Crystal TV 55” and not even a year after I got it, the screen broke. It started with a black strip and that strip progressed into almost half of the screen.
