Very nice crystal picture, but the frequent problem is the sound goes off for no reason and won’t come back on. I have to unplug off & on power from the wall to resolve the problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If the audio drop issue is happening when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.
If this does not help, we ask that you contact us for additional troubleshooting or assistance with setting up a service appointment.

Thank you for choosing the DU7200 TV and for your review. You can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features.
When you set Autorun Smart Hub to be on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on.
If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app automatically runs when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off.

Great, and nice for the cost

The Samsung Crystal UHD DU7200 TV is a charm. I have many programs, channels, and applications at my finger tips. With the Samsung one account for all products, it makes it convenient, and I only need to remember one password. The quality of the image is impressive, and the access to many features is great. I recommend this system for anyone who want a great TV.

The picture clarity is sharp and fantastic. However, the remote is the worse remote I have ever used. It has very few buttons and the instruction booklet is terribly lacking in explaining how to use the remote. I guess Samsung expects you to be a psychic to figure out how to use the remote. If I had known about the remote, I probably would not have purchased this particular model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
