No sound

The latest problem===Sometimes after turning on tv the sound does not work. I have to unplug sucker and then put plug back in to get sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your DU7200 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying:

1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.

3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

Not worth the price paid for 85" UHD TV

Other than the occasional software glitch and having to do a complete reset to factory settings and getting no help from Samsung after calling twice and being put on hold for more than 2 hours each time with then being hung up on by costumer service never answering the phone. I figured out how to fix this issue and update software. The TV is less than 3 months old and have had this software issue where the TV will not open or connect my apps. Not a happy costumer at this time. Samsung just puts me on hold for more than 2 hours then hangs up. No call back option in the que. Samsung costumer service is bad. Software issues need to be resolved. Shame on Samsung!!!!

The tv itself is ok a little lag to it but what makes the tv so awful and missable to use is the remote I absolutely hate it should’ve saved my money and got another Roku tv

I love my Samsung TVs. The picture is great and the colors are vibrant. I especially love Samsung TV. With over 500 channels of free television, There is something for everyone. Keep up the good work Samsung.
