I hope it breaks down completely

This is the first time I ever wanted a TV to break down so I could trash it. Let's start with the the battery to the remote it constantly needs batteries. Secondly it drops the sound or any Bluetooth connections to to other devices for instance a surround sound speaker. i have to then go into the settings and reset...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing intermittent sound drops with your DU7200 TV. Please ensure you’re utilizing one of the following types of HDMI cables to connect your audio device to your TV:
– High-Speed HDMI Cable – with or without Ethernet – Premium High-Speed HDMI Cable – with or without Ethernet – Ultra High-Speed HDMI Cable Also be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu. Lastly, please also verify that you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see if there’s an available update by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this does not help, we ask that you contact us for additional troubleshooting or assistance with setting up a service appointment.

Very good TV, annoying interface!

The picture and sound quality are great. The SmartTV interface is annoying. I miss the day when I could choose HDMI-1 for a movie, HDMI-2 for a game, or HDMI-3 for a BluRay. The interface intermittently makes the choice for me, even when I don't ask. Sometimes, simpler is better!

This TV was a mistake. The remote is awful we switched to a universal and it’s a little easier now. I wish I would’ve done more research before my purchase. This tv is difficult for my aging parent to navigate.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. One possible cause for this is the source. Some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low.
Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.
You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode

Great pictures

I bought 2. One is 42" and the other is 75". Both are great. I have one more on my wish list. I had a 65" which was working perfectly and then my Grandson "accidentally" threw the remote at it and messed up a bunch of the LEDs. It's in my shop while I decide what to do with it.

Great picture and very happy with TV. Only thing I recommend is a quality sound bar because the TV speakers are adequate but definitely could be better. I think it’s that way so you have to buy a sound bar lol
