Internet connectivity issues

You have to plug and unplug it to get the cable to work. It’s a pain. Wow says it’s Samsung. The Samsung app hardly works. All 4 TVs we have are Samsung and have issues with them all going offline after you turn them off. At times it also resets itself and wants cable even though we don’t have cable anylonger. The color is fabulous that’s why the two rating instead of one. Connectivity is the issue. It also sounds lower in the room you in than when you leave the room. I have Samsung refrigerator also and the ice maker has gone out twice. We have a Samsung washer and dryer, at times the clothes aren’t washed, the for example toothpaste is still on a wash cloth, kitchen stains still on the potholders. The dryer is worthless unless you like semi damp clothes or having to dry a load for almost 4 hours before they are dry.

Next, try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Great TV at a great price. It does evetything as expected and has a great picture and decent sound. The only thing I wish it had was a DI input like my old Samsung had.

I hope it breaks down completely

This is the first time I ever wanted a TV to break down so I could trash it. Let's start with the the battery to the remote it constantly needs batteries. Secondly it drops the sound or any Bluetooth connections to to other devices for instance a surround sound speaker. i have to then go into the settings and reset...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

– High-Speed HDMI Cable – with or without Ethernet – Premium High-Speed HDMI Cable – with or without Ethernet – Ultra High-Speed HDMI Cable Also be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu. Very good TV, annoying interface!

The picture and sound quality are great. The SmartTV interface is annoying. I miss the day when I could choose HDMI-1 for a movie, HDMI-2 for a game, or HDMI-3 for a BluRay. The interface intermittently makes the choice for me, even when I don't ask. Sometimes, simpler is better!

This TV was a mistake. The remote is awful we switched to a universal and it’s a little easier now. I wish I would’ve done more research before my purchase. This tv is difficult for my aging parent to navigate.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. One possible cause for this is the source. Some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low.
Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.
You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode

Great pictures

I bought 2. One is 42" and the other is 75". Both are great. I have one more on my wish list. I had a 65" which was working perfectly and then my Grandson "accidentally" threw the remote at it and messed up a bunch of the LEDs. It's in my shop while I decide what to do with it.
