Good Quality for the money

I have always bought Samsung and I have been very satisfied. I have one in my living room that I love! It has a good size remote which is also good because it is easy to find and use. I have a second TV I purchased for my bedroom, the TV is great, the remote is very small and the volume buttons up and down are a nightmare to use without the light on to adjust them. The remote is so small and thin, it is easily lost, and I had to, you can make the bed and never see it under the blanket, I had to attach a flower to it to be able to locate it, You have a lot of senior's buying your TVs. I think the remotes could be a little larger and we are also not techie people and find the use of the Samsung TV app little difficult to navigate, But Samsung's are GREAT TV'S !!!!!!!

Great picture, great price, third Samsung purchase, easy to set up, what more do you need? Very happy with this purchase, enjoy watching TV again! Did I mention that this is a great buy, longevity comes with Samsung products..

Samsung seems to be a "has-been"

This TV can best be described as slow and outdated. Its age appears to contribute significantly to performance issues. The delay from power-on to actual viewing is excessive, and it frequently locks up or drops out—symptoms consistent with the heat-related issues common in many Samsung devices.
Basic enhancements, such as a voice-activated remote, would greatly improve usability. A more streamlined menu system could also help speed up navigation. Unfortunately, the inability to disable problematic programming gives the impression that Samsung prioritizes profit over the user experience.
In contrast, I’ve found that their competitors are much more in tune with consumer needs. For these reasons, I no longer purchase newer Samsung devices or appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TV is nice and fits well in Master, but not sure why remote is not properly set up for streaming services. Also, my streaming service DirecTV Stream has some 4K channels but when I go to tune to those streams it says it is not a 4K TV???? Can you solve this for me? DirecTV says they broadcast them in 4K but TV does not support. Help!!!

Thank you for your feedback. If you’re connecting a 4K device like a game console, streaming box, or Blu-ray player, you’ll need to enable Input Signal Plus to ensure full HDMI compatibility.
Navigate to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus, then select the HDMI port your device is using. A momentary screen flicker may occur when the feature activates.

I only purchase Samsung televisions. I have been purchasing them for years. I recommend them to everyone. They last forever, are reasonably priced and have the clearest picture. I am a forever customer!

The TV is great. The interface could be more user-friendly when changing devices, like TV other than streaming on Samsung. There should be a way to eliminate everything other than what I use each day.
